Deep Healing
Yoga teaches us to cure what need not be endured and endure what cannot be cured. - B.K.S. Iyengar

Last night, as I headed to bed, I said to myself.... I really want to write a post about healing yourself and others with the mantra Ra Ma Da Sa. During my morning Sadhana, every other day, I alternate between Ra Ma Da Sa and Sa Ta Na Ma. I will cover the latter another day.
•
Today, however, after my morning practice, I drew the Healer from the @Innercompasscards deck. You can undeniably heal yourself with this mantra, send light and love to those in need and pray for the healing of the world. The most important thing to remember is that it is your connection with the divine and ultimately God uses us as a vessel to facilitate this healing practice though devotion, mantra and prayer.
•
May you find healing power within and walk through this day with grace, peace, light and love.

“Ra Ma Da Sa, Sa Say So Hung is the mantra for the sacred healing meditation. This meditation is used to pray for healing energy for our friends, family, and ourselves.
•
"For healing at a distance, this is the mantra. It cuts across time and space so you can send healing energy to someone thousands of miles away as easily as you can send it to someone across the room."
-Shakti Parwha Kaur

Kundalini Yoga practitioners have been using this meditation for the last four and a half decades. Try it when you want to send healing energy to a loved one or need healing yourself.

💫Today’s reading from @innercompasscards💫
“You are currently going through a process of deep healing. The setbacks you are experiencing, will eventually make you grow. do not let them discourage you, it simply means that you are now ready to learn a few hard lessons. These lessons can help you heal deeply buried wounds from the past and become whole again. At your own pace, in a way that you recognize, open yourself to change. this might feel awkward at first, or even painful. Eventually it will bring you closer to yourself. It is a beautiful human endeavor to find out what really matters. Shed everything that distracts you from your real self and your true nature. During this development, you will find that some people or situations no longer serve you. It is time to let go and say goodbye, space becomes available for things that are better suited for the new you. this letting go can hurt. When you know that this pain is part of the healing process, it is easier to release yourself from the chains of victimhood. Before long, you will feel liberated and back on track. Say yes to transformation and accept the healing. You are capable of so much more than you might think. You will rise out of the mud like a lotus flower with increased empathy, understanding and wisdom. Now, you can help others in their healing process.” @innercompasscards
