Spiritual Name
The Letting Go card keeps coming up in my daily @innercompasscards reading. Many people have asked about why I have begun to refer to myself in my daily writings as Siri Manpriya. My name is still Eliza / Liz and you can call me Eliza or Liz if you wish. 😎
💫My spiritual name is my spiritual identity and an opportunity to leave the past behind.
.
I have been a student of Kundalini for nearly one year. Kundalini yoga has transformed my life. I practice Sadhana daily and have found my way back to God through this sacred spiritual practice.
Growing up in the church, I was always surrounded by God and had faith, but the hypocrisy behind the church in the United States led me astray.
I’m pleased to say that I have found my way home. Now when I sing the Long Time Sun, by Guru Singh Yogi, I see myself as a happy child. I have broken through addictions and patterns through the science of the kryias.
Yogi Bhajan’s words continue to inspire me as I read his lectures. He was so intuitive and understood what we would be going through during this Aquarian Age.
Sat Siri, one of my mentors/teachers, shared in class at Wanderlust in Hollywood on January 1st that 2018 is the year of equality/vulnerability/truth (number 11). This year has brought me back to center and I have opened my heart to let the spirit speak. Knowing every day we can begin again with intention living with a heart of love and kindness towards the people that cross our path.
I’m constantly having the opportunity to share this powerful message. As a hair and makeup artist in Hollywood I was looking for a deeper connection — a soul connection.
I started traveling 4 years ago and have been to 28 countries. During this period I have spent nearly 2 years in Bali.
Mother Bali has taught me multiple lessons and called me on my stuff on multiple occasions. Being here on this island now, I have found my way home — at least for the time being. I found my tribe here having found grounding and stability through the gift of Kundalini Yoga taught by Yogi Bhajan.
.
3HO Foundation, per request, provides dedicated Kundalinians with a spiritual name. I wrote them openly, honestly and vulnerably — they sent me back my spiritual name : Siri Manpriya Kaur.
“Siri Manpriya Kaur, the Princess/Lioness whose spiritual greatness lies in embodying God as her Beloved in her heart and mind.
Siri means great. Man refers to the mind and heart. Priya is beloved, love. All females receive the name Kaur - the Princess/Lioness of God who walks with grace and strength throughout her life. Yogi Bhajan taught that every woman has the potential to attain this divine state and encouraged all to manifest it.
Using the rich capacity of your name, Siri Manpriya Kaur, inspires you to personify spiritual greatness through the focus of your heart and mind on God as your Beloved. Yogi Bhajan often said that “love is the experience of selflessness within the self.” Know that you can direct your mind to inspire and serve with strength. The magnitude and totality of your affection for the Divine bring profound excellence and compassion to the minds and hearts of all those around you. Let the sacred sound of your name lead you to the highest fulfillment of your soul.”
“The power of your spiritual name is that the more you speak and hear it, the more it permeates your being, opening you to experience its nadh (universal inner sound current). Consciously merge with the vibration of the nadh to come into harmony with your highest destiny.” — Quoted from letter sent to me by @3hofoundation
I’m grateful to have been given a beautiful, inspiring life and God willing hope to one day shine a light to all that come in contact with me. Peace, love and light to you all as you journey in the present throughout this day
Sat Nam 🙏💫💜
@Siri Manpriya
“A spiritual name is a vibration and a tool that helps to elevate your energy through the power of its nadh (inner sound current), and meaning. It is your spiritual, soul identity. It is challenging you to live in your highest consciousness. Making the choice to receive a spiritual name is taking a step toward leaving old patterns behind and connecting more deeply with your infinite self.
How does having a spiritual name impact your life?
- It’s your spiritual identity.
- It’s an opportunity to leave the past behind.
- It’s a rebirth in consciousness.
- It’s a tool and road map to your highest destiny.
- It’s life changing”

💫Meditation to Let Go:
“-Take few deep breathes.
-For 5-10 minutes, simply watch the movement of your breath. Don’t make any efforts to change the pattern of your breathing. Simply keep watching it. Inhale and exhale gently.
-Bring your awareness on the heart. Acknowledge the presence of heart.
Acknowledge the presence of your loved ones and even those who you may hold grudge against.
-While keeping the awareness on your heart, set your intention to let go and release everything from your consciousness.
-For next 5-10 minutes, be an observer of all the action happening in your consciousness.
-Invite emptiness and be in present as much as possible.
-Spend some time releasing unconditional love and forgiveness to everyone.
-Suggested mantra is:
‘Om Shanti Namaha’ which translates to Peace!💫”

💫Today’s @innercompasscards reading💫
Letting go is a powerful act! Once you learn to let go, you can move ahead. You are no longer trapped in your own pain and problems. To let go is to surrender, this starts with acceptance. from time to time you shall stumble and fall. unwanted things are bound to happen, after all, hard lessons are part of being human. This you cannot change, but you can change the way you deal with adversity. Investigate what the real problem is, and how your ego might still be resisting. As long as you listen to this voice of the ego, you will not be able to fully accept the problem or pain. Let go of control. the wisdom to overcome the unwanted will follow automatically. Maybe not the wisdom to solve it, but at least to detach yourself from it. Visualize your pain in a balloon that you let go and send away forever. Stop Clinging, visualize your pain in a ballon that you let go and send away forever. Letting go is an act of consciousness, a choice to be free of resentment. In order to reach your maximum potential you must learn to let go, this is the key to freedom.
